My favorite low carb breakfast! It's 1/4 cup Daisy brand cottage cheese + 3/4 cup crushed pecans + 2 diced strawberries + 10 grams (35oz) of blueberries = 6 net carbs and 88% healthy fats. I stir it all together like #lowcarb cereal ❤
Homemade Fruity Loops (Low Carb) | This cereal is actually rather simple to make with almond flour. However, making the "loops" can be rather tedious (Would perhaps just do it drop style). For coloring & flavor: pinches of sugar free jello mix and crystal light juice mix in different flavors & colors was used.
