Apple Snackers - A high protein kid favorite that will keep them satisfied between meals. Ingredients 1 tbsp chopped walnuts 1 tbsp peanut butter 1 medium apple Directions Slice apple in half and remove core. Spread out nuts on a small plate. Spread cut side with peanut butter and press into nuts. Enjoy or wrap and save for later. Great for lunches.

This is the first gluten free, Low GI biscuit I have liked since we've started (I have decided it's the flax meal I don't like in the others) But I did use regular butter instead of coconut in mine- my kids gobbled them up and asked for more.
