This would be a great activity for students to do on the day we cover our lesson on eclipses. After the lesson the students will be able to do this activity in groups in order to review what they have learned.

What a total lunar eclipse looks like from space :D... Sometimes, I think of the Sun and the Moon as lovers, who rarely meet, always chase, and almost always miss one another. But once in a while they do catch up, and they kiss and the world stares in awe of their eclipse.....A wonderful analogy :)
