Teens love our Button Maker. It's one of our most popular "passive programs." Save some old magazines, set up the the button maker (we got ours from American Button Machines), and occasionally re-up on supplies. A teen volunteer even created step-by-step instructions, with photos!

These are amazing...light, tender, flaky, wonderful flavor. They remind me of the homemade cafeteria rolls in elementary school. I brushed them with melted butter before baking with a sprinkle of kosher salt and fresh rosemary.
