How to Make Mayo  Ingred:     ½ cup unsweet soy milk     1 cup grapeseed oil     1 tsp apple cider vinegar     1 tbsp lemon juice     ½ tsp agave     ¼ tsp dry mustard (or ½ tsp Dijon mustard)     ¾ tsp salt Directions     Combine all ingredients except for oil in a high-speed blender and blend on high speed for 1 minute.     Reduce the speed to low and gradually pour in the oil. The mix will slowly thicken.     Store in the fridge for up to 1 month.
