Mashed potatoes, best southern side ever!! Take a 5lb bag of red potatoes and peel them leaving just a little red on each one for texture, cube and boil until fully tender. Drain potatoes then mix in half stick of butter, a few dollops of sour cream, and milk until the potatoes are the constancy that you like. Season to taste with salt, pepper, garlic powder.
