Bullet Proof Coffee - my fave recipe except I use MCT oil (just a different form of coconut oil) ... love it with a pinch of Ceylon Cinnamon and once in a while I blend in a scoop of vanilla whey protein powder for an extra punch. Taste is fabulous - this keeps me going for hours - I'm addicted!

bulletproof coffee: 2 cups coffee, 2 tbsp grass-fed unsalted butter, 2 tbsp organic coconut oil or mct oil, 1 tbsp organic heavy cream, 1 tsp vanilla, a dash or 2 of cinnamon. mix with ninja or other blender.
CHOCOLATE PUDDING made with coconut oil and cacao powder. Gluten-free. 2 cups coconut milk, 2 tablespoons Stevia, 1 tbsp protein powder of choice, 1 teaspoons vanilla extract, 3/8 cup cacao powder, 2 tbsp unsalted butter, 1 tbsp coconut oil. Heat 1 cup of coconut oil, stevia, and protein powder until dissolved. Set aside. Combine remaining ingredients and blend well. Add warmed mixture and blend again. Refrigerate and enjoy!
