Chicken meatballs in creamy tomato sauce. Yum! I made a double batch of the meatballs and froze half after I BAKED them. Added a bit more sauce since Paul likes things saucy. And spiced the sauce up with a bit of cayenne pepper. Just a pinch. Yummy! SJB
