I hate when people say there mood is so bipolar. You have no idea what you are talking about. It is a chronic mental illness that is beyond difficult to deal with at times! ~ Bipolar & all mental illnesses are not anyone's fault.

And NEVER tell someone w/ anxiety, "You'll be fine, " or, "just calm down," bc you have no clue what they are physically feeling.
Oddly enough, dating and eventually marrying someone else with their own slurry of mental issues worked out pretty well! I'm like his backup memory and he is the only thing stopping me from snapping

I just give up on others understanding because to be totally honest I dont think one of them cares.
* Some of these are Panic Attacks not Anxiety Attacks, Anxiety attacks are long over weeks or even months. Panic attacks are over short periods of time,they can last from a few minutes to a few hours, they are rarely more than 20 minutes long
