CANNING VEGETABLE SOUP: made easy! A variety of veggies was used: potatoes, tomatoes, corn, green beans, peas, zucchini, lima beans and carrots. the veggies are added fresh, with no liquid, as they make their own broth. we pressure canned for 45 minutes and they will last at least one year. :)
Hamburger Vegetable Beef Soup (aka school cafeteria soup) Take a step back in time with this one! Great childhood memories. Chocked full of veggies and ground beef, it's a meal-in-itself. Serve with cornbread.
