Baked Salmon with Ranch & Cheese ----- 2 pounds salmon, 2 Tbsp Ranch dressing mix, 2/3 cup Hellman’s mayonnaise, 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese, 1 ½ Tbsp milk, 2 garlic cloves minced, Dash of pepper, 1/2 – 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese --- Mix all ingredients but the salmon and cheese. Place salmon on parchment, put mixed sauce over, then the cheese and bake for 12-14 mins at 425F.
