Stromboli, Italy The iconic Mt. Stromboli is one of the live volcanoes in Italy. It has an unique constant eruption pattern which occurs roughly every 20 mins and has done so for the past 2000 years. The UFO disk shape of cloud appears on top of Mt. Stromboli in this picture is due to the cooler air condensing when passing over the hot volcano.
