Mushroom&cheese tart things. Holy crap these things are so good! It says to buy pastry stuff but I made my own. Wow! So creamy and yummy. I ate one and was done because it's really rich. Made my own pie dough. Fold edges & brush w/ egg. Cook at 375. Mix 1/2 c cream cheese, a little milk, 1 egg+ leftover egg, 2 TB parmesan, salt & pepper.
