I am LOVING this app. So easy to scan food labels to quickly add the nutrition information. If you have a heart rate monitor, its fast to add your workout and calories burned. I'm waiting to see how well this combo works before investing in a body bugg.

How to loose 7 pounds in 10 days. Step 1: download my fitness pal app to your phone and keep track of your calories. Step 2: drink tons of water, do not drink soda, juice or tea. Step 3: workout 6 days a week; I used the insanity workout but you can also do home workouts or run 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes at night.
