I am fine. My need for space means nothing more than what it is. The disbelief at how broken our system is, and how narrow minded some people are is more than I can bear some days (pulls cover back over head). These are days when I say, "I'll let you handle this God. This is waaaaaay more than I can handle."
I won't give up, I will fight for 'us' til my last dying breath. You and I are meant to be together, no matter how introverted you become. U need space u got it, I will be here for u when u want to talk or whatever it is you need. I still love you and that's a fact.
Specially if your spouse suffers from bipolar disorder and ptsd...they need their space and alone time...so much going on their head. He will love you more for understanding their moods and tolerance...
Sometimes you just have to take a day to shut the world out so you can open up to yourself and deal with your thoughts. To disconnect and enjoy your own company. And you don’t need to feel guilty or apologize or try to justify needing space. You just do what you need to do to take care of yourself, and that’s it. No explanation needed. ~Dele Olanubi~
