What Can You Eat on the No White Diet?

Baked Egg Muffins:  Use a non stick muffin tin or lightly grease with olive oil.  Add Bacon, Sliced Turkey, Ham, Salami, etc.. as the base of muffin.  Add an egg or egg white,  season with salt/pepper. Add a sprinkle of cheese if you like. Bake at 350 degrees 10+ minutes, depending on your preference.  (Cycle 1 of 17 Day Diet: no meat, just egg OR egg w/ sliced turkey & FF cheese).

Low Sodium Meatloaf   I didnt do the celery or carrot, I added more garlic and a whole white onion, 2 eggs 1.50 lb hamburger, Panko bread crumbs instead of oats, no milk. Also added a pinch of cayenne and turmeric for health!
