LAVENDER TEA ON ICE: You can get fresh lavender from your local health food store like Whole Foods Steep for about 7 to 10 minutes. Then strain, I also add Young Living Lavender Oil. I start with a toothpick and dip it in the oil. add to taste. For a sweet tea I add Young Living Blue Agave, a couple drops of YL Lemon Oil then pour over ice and just enjoy! (I have also made the tea without the fresh lavender, it just doesn't have the pretty lavender color.)
