so smoothie cubes are my new fave thing and an easy way to get nutrients in - just blend leafy greens or fruits with water or your fave non dairy milk, pour into ice cube trays and freeze {these ones are -spinach kale and almond milk-, -blueberries raspberries and water-, -mango and almond milk-}… Blended three of each cube with two.cups of coconut water for a yummo smoothie!
