Teachers are on the front lines of education every day, and are the most familiar with which student needs are not being met and preventing them from being successful.

Ofsted Chief Sir Michael Wilshaw: Teachers Not Stressed - This does not pertain to the U.S. Education System, but I still could not help feeling the sting of anger and resentment over Wilshaw's remarks that "teachers who complain their jobs are 'too stressful'" are simply grasping at straws to "make excuses for poor performance." While I do agree that the blame game must end and that many teachers are apathetic, his assertion that teaching is NOT stressful is woefully misguided.
