Lace Tea Cakes:Cut shapes from Sara Lee pound cake, drizzle with Icing glaze: 1 cup confectioners sugar 3 teaspoons Corn syrup 3 teaspoons milk 1/4 teaspoon orange extract Simply lay paper doily gently on iced cake, spray with colormist and carefully remove.
Pound cake petit fours Make a layered (3-4 thin layers berry jam in between) square cake, cut cleanly any size you want. Melt fondant or candy melt, dip the mini cakes covering all 4 sides then put them on cookie rack. Spoon more fondant on top to make smooth all over, let them dry. Decorate with melted chocolate & some flowers & let them harden
