Smoked Sausage Hash Brown Casserole: Made this today (3/6/2016). Dumped a can of cream of chicken soup into the crock pot, instead of making the homemade version in the recipe. Left out the thyme and poultry seasoning, and substituted Ore-Ida Diced Hash Brown Potatoes (with peppers and onions) and Eckrich 4-Pepper Smoked Sausage to give it a little kick! Family of picky eaters LOVED it! ~ Niki Jackson
