Hard boiled eggs in oven...when you take them out of the oven, plunge them into a bowl/sink full of ice water for 10 minutes. This was so easy. Some had spots on them, but they washed away in the ice water.
Have you ever baked eggs in the oven? They have the texture of a hard boiled egg, but you don’t have to deal with peeling the shell off. Great to keep on hand in the fridge for all Burns and Phase 3 (like hard-boiled eggs, they taste great cold).
Mollet Eggs Florentine: we did a meatless Thursday this week and had this for dinner on 3/21/13. It was really tasty. Not too difficult and it looked so pretty when it came out of the oven in the gratin pan. With a side salad, this was a nice dinner. Will definitely do this again. Mollet eggs are delish.
