Over night Oatmeal   1/3 cup oats  1/3 cup almond milk  1/3 cup cottage cheese  1pk of stevia Pinch of chia seeds   Fruit of choice  Add oats, almond milk, cottage cheese and chia seeds in jelly size mason jars stir well with spoon. Place desired fruits in each jar push fruit down into mixture. Place lids onto mason jars and refrigerate over night for a quick grab and go breakfast. Can store in refrigerator depending on the ripeness of fruit up to 2 days
