Best flank steak marinade recipe! Combine and mix all ingredients in a bowl. Thaw out flank steak. Place flank steak in a gallon ziplock and add Marinade. Marinade can do 2 separate flank steaks in same/separate bag. Marinade for 3 hrs- overnight. Cook lion high in grill for 15 min, 7.5 min per side. Let rest for 10 min. Enjoy!
Easy Marinade (Goes well with beef steak or pork) - ¼ cup apple vinegar (Make sure it is apple vinegar) - ¼ cup soy sauce - 2 tablespoons brown sugar - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce - 1 teaspoon sesame oil (Be careful with this, as it is very "tasty") - ½ cup water - 1 tablespoon of garlic - 1 tablespoon black pepper (optional) Cover the meat in the marinade and store overnight, turning the meat every once in a while.
