"U.S. Sen. Bob Casey outlined legislation Monday that would add clean energy fueling stations along U.S. highways and make it easier for alternatively fueled vehicles to get around. Casey joined energy executives outside the AmeriGas headquarters in King of Prussia, Pa., Monday for a tour of two AmeriGas propane vehicles. Casey said his bill, the Clean Vehicle Corridors Act, would allow the Department of Transportation to create "clean vehicle corridors" along U.S. highways."
Sgt Michael May was killed while pursuing a vehicle across the West Virginia - PA state line. Approximately 1 mile north of the state line the driver rammed Sergeant May's patrol car, causing it to crash. Sgt May was transported to a hospital in Morgantown, West Virginia, where he died a short time later. The driver of the vehicle was charged with homicide by vehicle
