Gai Pad Krapow (Thai Basil Chicken). Very good! Stands up to the quality of thai food you can get at a restaurant. The egg made it more savory, but you can make it without. I doubled the recipe so it could serve two plus leftovers. I used 8 chilies total for a double batch. I like spicy food so don't use as many if your spice tolerance is low.
