Ditalini Chicken Soup ---> R.Q.: I made this for my toddler, and my husband and I enjoyed it as well. Easy-to-follow instructions and simple ingredients. I added shredded chicken, used canned petite diced tomatoes instead of fresh, and used stellini pasta (to try to entice my son more.) Since I was giving it to a toddler, I omitted the toppings. This will be a good recipe to have on hand for the cold and flu season.
