Sweet Potato PB Protein Cookies: 1 sweet potato, cooled & soft after roasting 1 egg 1/4 cup PB2 (powdered peanut butter) 1/4 cup Vanilla Protein Powder 2 TB Natural Peanut Butter Process in the food processor.
