PCOS Types: Keep in mind that PCOS can ONLY be diagnosed with blood work. Vaginal ultrasounds will NOT solely prove that you have it because in fact, all ovaries have cysts that come and go on them. PCOS always results in crazy hormone levels and irregular periods. If you don't have both of these things, then you don't have PCOS.

4 types of PCOS? This is interesting - I have all but 1 marker for Type 3 though I also have elevated LH so who knows. Shes right about at least one thing though - I have high LH and vitex doesnt work for me AT ALL.
