Banana Pumpkin Protein Muffins shared by miss_lyssi! 1/2 cup almond butter, 1/4 cup pumpkin, 1 banana, 1 scoop of vanilla Perfect Fit Protein, 1 egg, 1 egg white, 3 tbsp maple syrup, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp nutmeg, 1/2 tsp baking powder, and 1/4 tsp sea salt. Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown!
Tone It Up Nutrition Plan approved Protein truffles! 3/4 cup almond butter, 1/4 cup honey, 1 scoop Perfect Fit Protein, 2 tsp cocoa or cacao powder, 1/2 cup chopped almonds. Roll into balls and cover with 1/4 cup extra chopped almonds. Chill in fridge before eating!
Apple Cinnamon Crepes shared by sadiekins_tiu! 1 scoop Vanilla Latte Perfect Fit Protein, 3 egg whites, 1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk. Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Cook on a griddle with low heat. Top with plain greek yogurt, apples sautéed with cinnamon & coconut oil, then sprinkle with cinnamon and a drizzle of honey. Makes 2 servings.
