Control Balance Posture - Pilates. Just had a great idea. Since I have Been working out (Hiit mostly) for 3 weeks, I think it would be a great idea doing a yoga pose on the beach (no matter the body fat) and then I can compare the same yoga pose to when I get in shape. I feel some inspiration coming on. See- yoga had already gone in to affect. 2 days so far and am not stopping now!
