Put it all in a quart sized bag then on pizza night just add hot water! 3 c flour 2 Tbsp sugar 1 tsp salt 1 packet of yeast (~2 Tbsp) Add 1 c very warm water and a splash of olive oil. Let rise at least a half hour. Longer is better, I think. Punch down and rest 10 minutes. Shape pizza and add toppings. Bake until cheese is melted, about 15 min. Makes 2-14 inch round pizzas.
