Tall and Creamy Cheesecake- this is by far the best cheesecake ever. I made it and it tasted just like the one i get in the bakery. Creamy, dense and lush. The only change i made was to use a combo of sour cream and heavy cream,That's it. Excellent recipe..Thanks Dorie!!
This is just a basic Perfectly Plain Cheesecake recipe, but it can be used as the base for many other varieties. Change the crust, add some chocolate, or just get creative!
