matching numbers...could adapt this for a post conference activity. Maybe match lab values with their normal ranges, endocrine disorders with their S, etc....gotta find a way to incorporate this idea for nursing school :) (I'm a grade school teacher at heart, and a nursing instructor in reality!)
Lay out a complete alphabet with letter cards, then let kids sort letters to match. Use letter tiles from games, plastic/magnetic letters, letter stickers (attached to magnets or cardboard tiles), letters cut from headlines & glued on cards, etc.
this could help children work on learning the alphabet for one of the first times. Quiz them by saying "feed a G!". this would help them with letter identification. Can be modified for when they put the letter in they have to make the sound. For Pre-K.
