Husband built this kidney shaped stacked flagstone sandbox. It's approximately 7'x13'. Perfect option for an area that is not level. The ground toward the tall grass in the picture is actually 1.5feet lower than the tallest end. The sandbox actually looks like a nice addition to the backyard:)

I like the store ideas and the ledge to sit outside. Also, like the bins for water play in the sandbox. The cover wouldn't withstand our windy environment. But would need a shade cover and a sandbox cover. Kona Sandbox with Canopy by KidKraft

let the children play: just add places to pause, places to hide, places to rest. Add some logs to the sand area.

I like the sandbox but wonder how the back would hold up. It's usually that flimsy cardboard stuff. That would need to be changed. Maybe plastic?
