Plexus 96 No Bake Protein Cookies Recipe 2 packages Plexus 96 Chocolate 1 c. Natural Peanut Butter 1 c. Coconut Oil 1/2 c. Honey 3 c. Oatmeal I c. Unsweetened Coconut 1/2 c. Flax- Chia- Coconut Blend ( buy this at Sam's Club) I melted my coconut oil to make everything blend better and mixed all the wet ingredients first before adding the dry. Peanut Butter Power Balls 1/3 cup peanut butter 1/4 cup honey 1 tablespoon cocoa powder 1 Pack Plexus 96 1 tablespoon chocolate chips Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Roll into balls.
