This is not Carrera Marble!!! These are actually 5'x10' PORCELAIN 2cm slabs. Why porcelain versus the real stuff? Porcelain is baked at a higher temp so its nearly indestructible when installed properly. Meaning red wine spills, heat, sealers, are not an issue. This would be FAB in a shower install = NO grout lines :)
Shown in this picture is Tanami Grey, a rectangular tile which is made from high quality porcelain meaning it can be used on both walls and floors. These look fab when used with a range of mosaics and the price is fab too!
Sunday Inspiration - Pink and Blue (Chinoiserie Chic)
Brazilian Cherry HD Porcelain - gorgeous, natural-looking and combines all the beauty of wood with the durability of tile. That means you can give any room the elegant look of hardwood, especially in high-moisture areas like kitchens, bathrooms and even wall backsplashes! http://www.lumberliquidators.com/ll/flooring/ffs-trends
