Farro and Porcini Mushrooms (Farro con funghi) As you can see by my board, I'm a big fan of farro. I love to it eat by itself after I've cooked it in broth, yum! I also love mushrooms and it sounds like a wonderful combination (not to mention healthy!) ;O)
Mushroom pate - vegetarian. Mine didn't look as smooth as this nor did it set quite so well but it was delicious and everyone loved it. I used Grand Marnier as I didn't have cognac and also some dried porcini mushrooms that I soaked overnight, so maybe the extra liquid made it a bit softer. Anyway, I'd make this again.
