Porcupine Meatballs - (This is my mothers old recipe that follows.) 1 pound ground beef 1 c instant rice, uncooked 1/2 c water 1/3 c onion, chopped 1/3 c green bell pepper, chopped 1 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder 1/8 teaspoon black pepper 1 small can tomato sauce 1 c water 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce Squeeze all ingredients together and form into 2 inch balls. Place in 9X13 baking dish. Bake @350 - 45 mins covered - then 15 mins uncovered.
