I love this! Our class is really working on transitions. We do great until we have to move! Going to lunch, specials, even to the rug! *sigh* Hopefully something like this will help! We can use it for academic goals too!

posting "i can" statements for the week./ Use for an "I can..." after work is finished for those who finish early, easy to switch out tasks if needed
This could be easily adapted to any classroom! You could even add the standard somewhere in there. Neat idea!!

Posting objectives - All children, tweens, teens, young adults and up need to know the objectives of the lesson AND the concept(s)/skills involved BEFORE beginning!
Posting objectives I like the idea of doing this on frames. Right now I'm using sentence strips.
