Enjoy this 45minute Power Yoga sequence. It is a moderately paced sequence that will get you sweating pretty fast. It is a whole body flow, so it will target: arms, legs, butt, core and back muscles. Weight Loss Yoga in 30 min (Part 1 of 4): Core Warmup & Salutations. It's only half an hour, but gosh, this made me SWEAT! A challenging sequence, but great to come back to every now & again to check progress & strength. Can't wait till this becomes a breeze for my body :)
