Great family idea. Put on the fridge. Great for when kids get older and their feelings aren't quite as obvious. Helps them say where they are at without "saying" it. I would just make the chart less "elementary" for that age group. We made something similiar in MOPS one year. Going to try it this summer!
Need a fun classroom management activity to get kids focused and ready for the day? Teachers can set-up a DIY Question of the Day board with a drip pan and a few simple materials. Kids will love reading the different questions posted each school day!
This will be our winter memory verse 'chart'. I will make hats with the children's names on them and the 'head' attached, with lots of extra snowballs for the children to add as they learn their verses.
Attendance Board: This wall-mounted board has been specially designed to facilitate everyday activities that involve recognition, identification and working with numbers. By counting girls and boys, those present and those absent, children can get started with numbers. The children gradually learn to count, classify and compare collections.
