Pros: it is a simple visual that kindergarteners can comprehend easily and reference throughout the day. Cons: It does not describe WHY the student is having behavior difficulties. (This is helpful as they learn what behavior is appropriate or inappropriate.) It also does not reflect how often the cards get changed throughout the day.
