This was quite possibly the BEST #proteincheesecake I've everrrrrr made ••• to mix: 2 containers (16oz) fat free cream cheese 1.5 cups nonfat greek yogurt 2 eggs 2 whites 1 cup BAKING stevia/Splenda 1/2 cup of cocoa powder A lotta drops of vanilla stevia 2tbsp vanilla Then GENTLY mix in: 2 scoops (~60grams) of whey Mixing the whey too much can make it chewy Bake at 250 for 60 min, let cool to room temp then refrigerate overnight. Do not dig in right away!!!
