Breakfast on the go!!! 1/2 cup spinach 1/2 cup frozen raspberries, blackberries and blueberries. Scoop of protein 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon and 1 tablespoon of flaxseed. Add ur choice of liquid( water or almond milk) throw it in the ninja and ur done.

I made this with creamy goat cheese and a white balsamic dressing, but this would also be great with Feta cheese and if you want to add more protein, or skip the cheese add walnuts or slivered almonds.
