Protein shake that tastes like Wendy's Frosty! Hmmm...  3/4 cup (6 ounces) almond milk (or milk of your choice) about 15 ice cubes, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1-2 TB unsweetened cocoa powder, sweetener of choice (1/4 of a frozen banana or stevia).

mango protein smoothie. I added 1/2 banana and omitted the ice cubes. It was creamy like a perfect milk shake and SO YUMMY. (Not to mention over 34g of protein!)
