So in an abuse of the 1st Amendment they have just defended the right to stick a camera up someone's skirt without their consent. Non consensual sexual photography is not freedom of expression and is different from having "sexual thoughts" in public. It's sexual harassment and disregards the rights of women and girls to safety and privacy.
