8/4/14-Crockpot Recipe: Beer Pulled Pork. We used Stella for the beer. The pork was tender and had a nice flavor to it. I made a quesadilla with the pork and added a touch of BBQ sauce. My husband made a sandwich on a pretzel roll. It was good, easy, and will probably return in our house this fall!
