Musician Van Morrison and actor Kevin Spacey are knighted in a Queen's Birthday Honours list which also recognises footballer Frank Lampard, runner Jo Pavey and Ebola nurse Will Pooley.

Travel trio in Queen's Birthday Honours list Manchester Airport Group chairman Michael Davies has been honoured in the Queen's Birthday Honours List with an OBE for his services to business.  Ken Macleod, chairman for Stena Line UK, was awarded an OBE for services to the shipping industry and charity.   Glasgow Airport managing director Amanda McMillan also featured on the Honours list, receiving an OBE for her services to business and tourism.
