"I am obsessed with the Quinoa pancakes! I use coconut oil instead of butter, and I use half whole wheat flour and half regular. I have made them with eggs but I have also made them with ground flaxseed/water mixture. And both work well!! They are hearty and super filling!! Everyone loves them!"
